1.1 Is there a store location I can visit?

We are not a traditional brick and mortar store. Other than at each Ragnar Road and Ragnar Trail race, we do not have a store set up that participants can visit. Come find us at your next Ragnar!

1.2 What are my shipping options?

All items are shipped using USPS. Due to the nature of the race schedule, we do not offer expedited shipping options or guarantee shipping leading up to races or other important dates. Orders are typically processed within one week of payment approval.  We only ship to the United States. All orders $74.99 or less have a flat shipping rate of $7.00. All orders of $75 or over have no shipping cost.

1.3 Can I get a tracking update for my order?

Upon shipping your order, you will be emailed the tracking information in a message from If you did not receive this email, please check the junk/spam folder in your email before contacting customer support. 

1.4 How do I exchange my participant shirt for a different size?

Ragnar Gear does not manage the participant shirt that is included with your race registration. Please contact our customer service team with any questions related to that shirt.

1.5 The item I want is out of stock. Will there be more available at a future date?

Some of our items are seasonal while others we can regularly restock. Please contact us if you are having trouble finding a product.

1.6 Are all online items also available at each race and vice versa?

We do our best to offer participants the best selection and most products possible at each race, but are not able to carry all our products at every race for a variety of reasons. Similarly, you may find items at races that are not offered online. Check out our web exclusive items only available online!

1.7 I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

If the item you received a damaged or incorrect item, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for additional information.

1.8 Where can I find size charts for specific items?

Links or images of sizing charts are provided in the description of each item when relevant. If you have additional questions about sizing, please contact our Ragnar Gear customer service team.

1.9 I was not able to get a race specific "Finisher" shirt at the race. Can I order one online?

The "Finisher" shirts we produce are all brought to the race. Whatever we do not sell, we will make available online the week following the race. If the shirt was sold out at the race, we are not able to order more to sell online. We are working on solutions to make this shirt available to more participants.

1.10 What type of payments are accepted?
