If you would like to exchange an item because you would enjoy a different product or the sizing isn’t what you expected, you will be responsible to return the product to us at your own expense. We will then process the exchange and get the new item to you. Please check ragnargear.com to be sure the item you want in exchange exists and is available. If the item was purchased on sale at an event and you don’t see it online, a refund will be processed, unless exchanged for another item. Please read the Return & Exchange Conditions before proceeding to Steps 1-2.
If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund of the purchase price of the item. This does not include original shipping costs. You will be responsible to return the product to us at your own expense. Please read the Return & Exchange Conditions before proceeding to Steps 1-2.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, please sent an email with details and product images to [email protected] prior to sending the item back to our warehouse. After you receive an approval email from Ragnar, we will reimburse the return shipping cost for USPS First Class or Priority Mail once the item is returned, verified and processed. Please send it via the least expensive option. If you elect to use any other shipping service, we will only reimburse up to $10 of postage costs. Be sure to have the shipping price printed on the package. Please read the Return & Exchange Conditions before proceeding to Steps 1-2.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Product must be in clean, resalable condition.
- Original tags must be attached as they were received. No safety pins, staples, etc.
- Our Return and Exchange Form must be filled out before returning any merchandise. Once you complete the form, please send the item back!
- Items may only be returned one time.
- Product must be sent back within 60 days of purchase.
- Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at an event.
- Returns and exchanges cannot be made in person at our operations center.
- Unless the product is deemed damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for returning the product at your own expense.
- Aftershokz, face masks and special order event specific clothing are NOT eligible for a return/refund or exchange.
- Fill out the Return & Exchange Form. This form needs to be completed for ALL returns and exchanges. Packages that are received without a completed form may cause a delay in processing time. You do not need a response from us in order to ship the item back.
- Put the item(s) in a box or shipping envelope. Include a copy of the receipt or a printed copy of the completed form from Step 1. If a receipt isn’t available, a screenshot of the debit/credit card transaction will suffice. Be sure your name and address are clearly visible in order for us to identify the return. Mail to:
